Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via the internet, there are no refunds. The purchaser is responsible for researching the product offer and teaching style before purchase (review Stacey Harmon's videos on YouTube and our blog to learn if you like her teaching style). Your membership is on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the end of your membership period.
Q: Are you teaching GTD/EverDone inside the Academy?
A: EverDone is a comprehensive GTD workflow and methodology for Evernote and is a separate product and purchase from the Academy. EverDone customers who are also Academy members qualify for a special Academy bonus – access to a private area just for EverDone’rs. This exclusive space brings weekly accountability, habit-forming events, and private GTD discussions. The EverDone Forums inside the Academy are a perk for EverDone customers as long as you’re an active Academy member.
Q: What Evernote subscription level do you focus on in the Academy?
A: The optimal experience requires an Evernote Personal or Professional membership. Evernote Personal is the minimum advised level for Academy members and the trainings assume you have a paid subscription with Evernote. You can always join the Academy as a basic (free) Evernote member and decide to upgrade after reviewing the training.
Q: I’m an Evernote Teams subscriber. Is the Academy for me?
A: Evernote Team features are not taught nor part of the workflow coaching that is provided inside the Academy. However, the Evernote Personal and Professional skills you learn provide a depth of understanding that can carry over to your Evernote Teams account experience. There are also Evernote Certified Experts who are customers of the Academy and some offer Evernote Teams Consulting as part of their business.
Q: Will the Academy teach me the latest Evernote app?
A: It certainly will! Because the Academy is a month-to-month membership, it empowers us to focus on updates within days of any Evernote releases. Members get a video tutorial highlighting the newest features (sometimes even the same day). If you’re stuck on how to organize something in Evernote, just post your question in the Academy Q&A area and you’ll get the help you need. Plus, each month, new specific trainings are added to the Academy. The Academy is here to help you use the latest and greatest Evernote features.
Q: Can I get a 2nd login for my spouse/partner/colleague/assistant?
A: The Academy works the exact same way your gym does — everyone is welcome to join, but everyone needs to get their own membership. No Netflix password sharing here.
Q: Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?
A: Sorry – We do not offer discounts for students, educators or non-profits/charities.
