One-on-One Coaching Terms and Condition
Full payment is due up front in order to schedule the appointment. All invoices are rendered, and to be paid, in United States Dollars.
Consulting time purchased is non-refundable.
Session 1 is a 30 minute session. Session 2 is a 90 minute session.
Both sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase or they expire.
As a general rule, consulting sessions can be scheduled between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, Tuesday-Thursday based on mutual availability. If you do not find an available time on the scheduling calendar that works for you, please contact us to coordinate.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on all scheduled sessions and this policy is strictly enforced. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time, and no-shows, count as your scheduled session. Late starts by the client do not extend the scheduled session. So, please be sure you can make your scheduled time slot when booking your appointment (and then use it or loose it!). Note that In the unlikely event that Stacey Harmon needs to cancel a booked appointment, a reschedule opportunity will be provided or a full refund for that portion of the purchase will be given.
Sessions are intended for one client. Sessions are open in structure, interactive, and designed to answer your specific Evernote questions and/or workflow challenges.
Channel and Technology Requirements
All personal coaching sessions are conducted via Google Hangouts on Air, Skype, or Join.me. These services allow for mutual screen sharing which will be used during the session. They also allows for video conferencing which can also be used during the session if you have a webcam.
Our preferred channel for sessions is Google Hangouts on Air which allow us to record the session. In order to utilize Google Hangouts on Air for your session, you must have a valid gmail or Google account that you can log into (you have to know your password!), and a microphone on your computer (a webcam is also useful).
If you do not have a valid gmail or Google account, our second choice channel for conducting the session is Skype. To use Skype, you will need a microphone on your computer, a free Skype account, and the free Skype app installed on your computer. f you do not have a Skype account, you can join for free here. You will need to create an account, download the software to your computer [note that if you are on a Windows 8 machine you will need the full version of the application - NOT Skype Touch], log in, provide us your Skype ID, and accept the contact request that Stacey will send to you. Skype sessions are not able to be recorded.
Our third choice for screen sharing is Join.me which requires no account, but you will need to download and activate a small piece of software that will enable you to share your screen with us. Join.me sessions are not able to be recorded.
If you do not have a microphone on your computer, you will need to provide a phone number that Stacey can call you at during the session and Skype or Join.me will be utilized to allow for screen-sharing.
Client is also responsible for having sufficient bandwidth to support a screen-sharing session.
NOTE: Any time spent helping you to set up Google Hangouts, Skype, or Join.me at the beginning of the call will be counted as part of your purchased coaching session. If you would like help installing, configuring, and confirming your Skype connection to us prior to our booked consulting session, you can purchase a Skype setup and test session here with a Harmon Enterprises team member for $25.
